How much does shipping cost? 
Transport agencies calculate shipping costs according to 3 criteria:
1) Country of destination, 2) Weight of the box,

3) Volume of the box.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be broken down in your purchase summary. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and for information purposes will be (given that there are continuous variations in prices of transport companies there may be some discrepancy between the value shown and the actual one that will always be indicated before placing the order and that you can check simulating a purchase without completing the process)

Land transport, shipments will not be made to Military Bases, Barracks or PO Boxes / P.O BOX
The valuation of the rate will vary according to volumetric weight (Length x Width x Height / 5,000).
Delivery time for items that are in stock: 2/4 working days + Transit
For items that are not in stock, the delivery time may vary according to season (high or low): 15/25 working days for the manufacture of garments + transit (transport). The delivery schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

All prices include a shipment of boxes with dimensions of up to 150 cm, adding height + length + width of the box
for peninsula and 100 cm for Balearic Islands. In case of exceeding the dimension limit, a supplement will be applied.
In home delivery with the https://www.mrw.es/ service, a maximum of 1 home delivery attempt or collection point is included.
Delivery periods may vary depending on the destination or summer holiday
periods Christmas, Easter, etc.

Can I request the shipment of an order outside of Spain?

If your country does not appear in the list that appears in "Checkout", you can contact us through the flamencaycomplementos.com clientes@flamencaycomplementos.com email and we will study the possibility of sending you your order.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier will deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.
After another failed attempt, your order will be put on hold at the office closest to you picking it up. Failed, your order will be on hold at the office closest to you picking it up. Having a problem with your shipment?

Remember:

  • Shipments if we have them available leave our facilities the next working day. Indicate that some personalized and custom-made items may take longer to receive in any case we would keep you informed and once the item is sent we will notify you so that you could track it through the transport company
  • The courier company has 48 working hours to deliver the package since they pick it up from our facilities.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

In order to make the change you have to follow these steps:

  • Send an email to clientes@flamencaycomplementos.com or filling out the form at the bottom, informing about your order number and the change you want to make. You can also contact us by phone if you need any clarification to make this email or about our change policy. Confirmation is important, since certain items by their nature will only be the possibility of changing size within the same product and we also have more personalized items where there is no such possibility when made to order.
  • Once the possibility of exchange is confirmed, pack the product correctly.
  • Send it through the transport company you decide to the following address: Plaza San Martín de Porres nº6 local 3 – 41010 Seville You have 15 days from receipt of the item to be able to make the change of a product. The transport will be borne by the customer The order must be in perfect condition and has not been used. The packaging must be correct so that the product reaches us without suffering any damage.

flamencaycomplementos.com reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return, if once received the garment, or the product it is in poor condition, stained, broken, washed, without label or in inadequate conditions.

We advise that the sending of returns is by certified package to avoid losing the packages, the package we have to receive it in our facilities, in no case will packages be collected in offices of transport companies or shipments postage due.

In certain changes it may happen that there is no stock available and that the order could be delayed within a maximum period of 30 extra days.

No changes or returns are accepted in accessories, costume jewelry or party items. In case the customer sends us these accessories for exchange or return, he will be informed for the collection of the same paying the customer the cost of shipping.

Remember

  • You have a period of 15 calendar days to make the return.
  • Not all items are subject to return. See our exchange and return policy. In many cases, as they are personalized products made according to the customer's specifications, sizes / color / size / model, the money of the purchased product will not be refunded, in particular ceramic items, flamenco clothing and shawls. The product will be changed for another of a different size if the one you receive is not correct, there being no possibility of change in items that do not have sizes.   • For products that are not customized or manufactured according to customer specification we are covered by the legal withdrawal period of 14 days

    • The product must be sealed, retain its original packaging and labeling, can not be damaged, incomplete, opened or deteriorated through the fault of the customer.
    • The shipment must be made in the same box that has flamencaycomplementos.com sent to you or in a similar format that guarantees a return in perfect condition.
    • A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package.
      In case of repeated returns or claims for poor condition or defective product by the same customer, flamencaycomplementos.com reserves the right not to make new shipments to said customer.

Tailor-made products:

  • In party items and accessories no changes or returns are allowed. (Any questions contact us.
  • No refunds are allowed in the case of skirts, suits and / or shawls under article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
  • Cancellations of orders for clothes, shawls, after confirming the order are not accepted.
  • Please note that these products are made to measure and to order following the customer's instructions, so it does flamencaycomplementos.com depend on the customer taking their measurements correctly so that there is no problem.
